President GoodluckJonathan,GCFR, has directed the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dr. AkinwunmiAdesina, to facilitate the process of making Olam Nigeria's Rukuba Community ,in Nassarawa State, one of the Staple Crops Processing Zones (SCPZ) inNigeria.
