It is also an inbuilt feature

Use that same charger on a phone that isn't Note 3, it won't flash charge

Good Morning House,
please my 4 months old Infinx Note 3 is acting up.
it is not responding to touch and burns up until the battery drains out.
i currently cant use it..............please can somene tell me what could be wrong with this.

please where is Infinix Service Centre in Lagos.

Try test d fast charge wen u see it. Fake cant do dat and also d fake will be heavy. The fake earpiece jack would be down not up. Also check d camera. Front especially. Fake cant be dat clear. And most of all d fingerprint of fake won't work well.
U could input d IMEI on deir website to check also.

Ask them what the storage size is first. The 3GB RAM goes with 32GB ROM and 4G/LTE. Maybe sales rep is not very informed.
