Elite Atlantic services is a growing education and skilled migration company looking for a client relations executive to join our team. This role would be suitable for female (not more than 25 years) personnel with experience in relationship management in a travel and or international education sector. The ideal candidate you will:
• Meet and greet clients in the office
• Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
• Manage clients interaction across the social media platform
• Manage and update client on their application status
• Provide customers with immigration options, price quotes and product knowledge
• Update client databases from interaction over the email, facebook, twitter,linkedin etc
• Perform periodic updates on social media platforms
• Receive and direct phone calls from clients
We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will also have:
• Excellent communication skills
• A warm, approachable manner
• At least two years experience in a customer service position
• Extensive experience using MS office software
• Experience using social media and internet search
