Workers are being owed salaries, while their pay cannot buy a bag of rice.
Now we have same government planning to grant them loans to buy cars when their children are hungry!?

Hear and see rubbish again...government of palliative measures.... We want growth and development not palliative measures to buy cars... Grow the economy to the level we can buy cars... Diversify the economy not palliative measures.... We have glass...steel....coal...gold....uranium... Bitumen.... Lands for farming.... Yet the government just wants palliative measures to buy gas....we have brilliant youths who are being forced out of the country due to hopelessness

Putting Nigeria's mortgage industry on track will require over a trillion naira and detailed record of our citizens
i hope your head is not blocked.
is this not an investment to diversify the economy?
wont this create thousands jobs?
our youths should reason beyond politics.
you should push for good implementation of this project.

This is one of the boldest/smartest way to develop the local car manufacturing industry (I made same suggestion last week). Innosson, Nissan, and others already on ground, would have their sales blow through the roofs . . . expect more manufacturers coming in to take advantage.

This was initiated late during GEJ's era, but didn't get the needed attention (probably due to the elections coming up). It would be a brilliant idea if this admin can make this go live.

Shame on all those criticizing this, you are not obligated to poke your nose into things you know little or nothing about. The car industry is a 'MAJORRRR' ripple-effect industry -- the 'trickle-down' is damn extensive -- a massive income generating and job creating behemoth!

what use is owning a brand new car when you don't have a good job to be able to pay for it.
Clueless government, instead of them to give that same loan to youths who are yearning to be entrepreneurs

This Government stinks with Cluelessness
They have not even given us good road, yet they want to give us new cars

If I say Buhari dey daft, some of his imbecilic followers will jump up to be counted. You do not subsidise consumption you idiot. Let market forces determine the cost of cars and other non-essential commodities. Work on infrastructural development and build more manufacturing industries and if you must subsidise anything, it should be
1. Health Care
2.Education

The rest should be subject to market demands and supply, but then, how can you understand all of these after requests for you to provide your WAEC result failed. Iranu
