For the past 6 days, a dying man has been spotted abandoned and unattended to at the dustbin ground by the fence of the Yaba College of Technology. He laid by the refuse heap for a few days and eventually rolled into the gutter. According to the an Eyewitness who sent in the photos, urgent help is needed to prevent him from eventually dying and decomposing.
