According to this Instagram post. , he posted pictures of himself layer on the stretcher and captioned "Genuinely thought i was going to die as I fell headfirst from and bike disappeared off cliff . I'm lucky! Thanks for all your well wishes.

He also shared another picture of himself sipping from a cup with an injured face obviously recovering from the accident.
