There are a lot of recipes aimed at eating healthily. I love to find new ways of cooking already popular delicacies and making them healthy or healthier. cheesy

So here is another of such recipes. Make yam pottage fused with coconut milk. Coconut milk has lots of nutrients and is beneficial in weight loss which is a plus. It's yummy

Make your porridge yam just as before but before you add your palm oil add your coconut milk first, leave to boil for about 2 minutes then add your palm oil and vegetables. Cook for about 3 minutes and reduce heat. Your healthy weight loss assisting porridge yam is ready to be served.

Remember, the first step to a healthy life is eating healthy.
