Anyigba.ng is a new technology startup, that started in anyigba and has carved for itself a niche in the area of business management and consulting, digital and social media marketing, real estates and e-commerce and Information Technology for the growing city of Anyigba.

The Business Development Personnel we are looking for will:

1. Be involved in the operational management, strategy, planning and day to day running of the business.
2. Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
3. Be involved in creating a valuable and commendable business directory for the city of Anyigba.
4. Provide management with feedback from customers and partners and give weekly/monthly reports of business.
5. Identify opportunities, search for meaningful partner clients and come up with ideas to grow the business.
6. Develops sales strategies by monitoring current results, identifying core service line needs,
7. Monitor competitive service offerings, analyzing and relaying customer reactions and trends;
8. Develops negotiating strategies; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals to serve them better.
Required Skills/Requirements/Qualifications

Compulsory Requirement:
This personnel must be an individual who:

1. Has the strengths, experience & drive to effectively lead, challenge, and inspire team members and the business to succeed
2. Has an entrepreneurial orientation with strong understanding of the business development challenges of a consulting services provider.
3. Has demonstrated ability to champion both technical and customer service excellence with conviction and purpose.
4. Substantial leadership, communication and team building skills are essential for the successful candidate to meet the expectations of this challenging position.
5. University/Polytechnic/College Degree in any discipline.
6. Knowledge of Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
7. Business management and people skills (facility to establish and maintain clients relationship)
8. Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and presentation)
9. Must have good knowledge of Anyigba township vicinity.
10. Must be passionate about using technology and mobile apps to solve city problems
11. Must be client oriented, autonomous, professional, dynamic, results oriented, and a team player
12. Ability to understand client needs and propose solution.
13. Ability to speak Igala Language is an added advantage.
