Ate it once while with my cousins fried snakes,i couldnt tell it was a snake and my cuz didnt tell me till after the meal. . .didnt feel bad afterwards.it was delish.

I've eaten rattle snake meat a few times before, the meat is so tender and lean. There is a snake farm very close to my school that sell them by the pound or just the fried, or snake jerky.
