After Payment Without Delivery, Can I Report The Seller's Bank Account? by Nobody: 11:52am On Sep 09, 2016 |
[font=Lucida Sans Unicode]Greetings my people. Please I would like to ask if there is a way of putting a seller's bank here in Ng on restriction or on hold after you as the buyer finish paying for the goods (kinda being scammed). Is there a way you can visit either your bank or beneficiary's bank and his account (sellers' account) will be flagged? Your candid advice will be appreciated. No insults abeg my people. |
