JOB DESCRIPTION

Establish clear objectives for training programs, workshop and communicate those objectives to clients
Maintaining a positive learning environments for participants during every training programs and workshops
Recommend suitable training programs to clients
Prepare training materials
Adapt training materials ad methods to suit different client’s needs
Deliver in-house and group trainings for clients
Meet workshop and training program performance goals
Attend to enquiries on training programs
Deliver curriculum according to content and standard of the training program
Keep records of training evaluation

REQUIREMENT

Must have BSc in a relevant field, be eloquent and have good research and writing skills.

Previous facilitating experience is a must.
