Before anyone starts generalising and shouting Buhari, let's understand what the issue is. Jet fuel is scarce because marketers cannot import in the d absence of forex. Forex is scarce because the price of oil tumbled from >130 two years ago to <45 today. This coupled with the pipeline bombings in the Niger Delta. All these happened within 16 months! There is no quick fix to this. We cannot diversify our economy in 16 months to gain more forex. We have no savings from the last administration which was one of the most profligate in our history. We need to understand what the issues are and not just scream Buhari. That in itself is "dullardism"
