A new sales/marketing company urgently needs experienced Tele-sales Agents in Asaba.
Agents who have Outbound calling experience especially in relations to Energy sector will be given preference.
The Job comes with a Basic salary and a very attractive commission and Bonus.
Commission and bonus is uncapped so you could be earning yourself a lot of money.


Job Role
Generate new customers through telesales
Develop relationships and handle all customer enquires in a professional manner
Drive sales using knowledge and previous experiences to achieve KPI’s
Document control with correct, accurate procedures and all to be recorded and updated


Training will be done for candidates who have no experience but are fluent, IT savvy and have good phone etiquette.

Candidates must have :
Excellent communication and listening skills
A polite and friendly manner
Lots of initiative
A positive attitude
The ability to think on your feet
Shy, retiring types need not apply! You need to have plenty of confidence to be a successful telephone sales executive as a charming and persuasive personality will help you sell.

It’s also important to be able to deal with negative responses from customers who don't want to talk to you, and above all, you must enjoy the buzz of working under pressure and meeting tough targets.

If you can't handle rejection, this may not be the job for you. A lot of telephone activity needs to take place to communicate with the right people; therefore, even with well-targeted and professional sales approaches, there will be some frustrating days."
