A school gave me admission in Ethiopia currently living in Ethiopia , Please how can i send my tuition from Nigeria, i have my tuition already in my GTB current account.

Look for Nigerians there that can pay you in for you while you transfer to their naira account

There's nothing much you can do from there except you come home and apply for form A in your bank here

can someone apply for form A on my behalf maybe my mum or my dad, i will just transfer the money to their account

You'll send them the scan copies of your documents
Admission letter
O level certificate
BSc certificate (if it's masters)
Passport data page (may not be needed though)
And document showing school account details and school fees amount

I'd recommend

This form A of a thing, what rate does the bank give on such means?
Been thinking of the rate so as to know how much one needs in the account.
