i want to know if it is possible to by-pass their proxy so that i can fill the form in with starcomms network.

i will teach u, u wat no visit www.proxy4free.com is there u will see usa ip address. open ur internet explore+click on tools at upper bar+click internet options+click on connections+click on lant settings+ tick use proxy server. on dis site visit www.proxy4free.com u will see a lots of countries ip address and port no. as soon as u see any ip u want 2 copy copy it with port no and insert it inside: use proxy server which is under internet explore tools. dats all and countinue 2 browse or if d ip u copy is not working copy another one. 08054114773
