I am a 29 year old lady and I just gave birth to my second baby. I don't want to become one of those mothers who give birth and loose their youth. My baby came out 3 weeks ago and since then I have been tying my stomach with cloth but it doesn't seem to be shrinking fast enough.

I would be grateful for advice on how to get my flat stomach and thin waist back.
