Some of us,the Nigerian students, who in one way or the other have sought to study the discipline that entices him or her in nig tertiary institutions have been discouraged by lack of enough admission space in univs. Some are given courses which they have no taste or instincts in. Take for instance John enjoys dealing with the sophistication of biological systems he wants to study biochemistry but instead was offered soil science. Chioma likes lab works and gifted with inquisitive mind, she wanted to study med lab but was offerred bsc biology. Be that as it may, there is a saying that "the starting may not determine the end" and a journey of thousand miles starts with a step. This will now take us to interfaculty transfer policies of nig higher insts. Feel free to add your own contributions lots of people will benefit from your posts and ideas. Did u really think the univs should determine a candidates course against his or her wish. Does it have any impact o national devpt index. Lastly how is interfaculty transfer policies in your own school, if any idea and at what level is it possible for students. Thanks
