Pls is these a virus/mslware attack? What can I do to sort this out. Can I get an antivirus from google play to handle this? Tech experts in the house pls help me.. Also my battery keep draining at alarming rate. Sometimes, the phone just goes off even when battery is at 60% or so. Thanks a lot for helping |

nams77: Use a a virus free system to copy ur files from either storage. After copying, scan them with an updated Antivirus. Goto ur phone settings and find the factory reset. |
