my friend copied me in the mail he sent to GTBank, i just cant just stop pitying him, how can GTBank be so cruel.   the image is below

A simple email from GTB to this customer informing him of the restrictions on his debit card would saved.....the customer a lot stress. I hear there is directive from CBN to stop the use of naira debit cards for dollar dominated transactions. Like I said your friend and indeed all GT customers deserved to be informed. |

exactly gtbank got this wrong this time having thesame issues presently ..and without prior notice, was barred from debiting and even crediting coz of some stupid identity verification issues... cant wait to get my passport tomorrow...then it's bye bye to gtbank.. What nonesense!...i think they have forgotten that there are over 20 options to choose from |
