my friend copied me in the mail he sent to GTBank, i just cant just stop pitying him, how can GTBank be so cruel. I would have helped him out but i just paid my tuition fee @ school

Gtbank is now becoming notorious for making customers lives miserable. They wrongfully debited my 20k and refuse to credit me back for over a month. Them be OLE.

My advice to your friend
If he's 100% sure GTbank has done wrong
Walk into the banking hall and slap the guy that says "welcome to GTbank" or the cashier that says "how may I help you"

How old is this your friend, he accused gtb for blocking his account for a reason he knows, "Identity verification" .
When the bank is trying to protect him from fraud, send my regards to him and warn him to spend wisely cos it seems he just got to the states..
