Walking: A quick walk around the neighborhood could be a great way to start, start off with 10 minutes daily and aim at reaching 30 minutes daily for about 4-5 days per week. You can continue this simple exercise until your due date.

Swimming: this is an ideal exercise for pregnant women with little risk of injury and no risk of falling on your abdomen and hurting your baby.
