NATURE TELLS OF THE POWER OF GOD

Nature tells of the power of God
The earth without form and void
Darkness upon the face of the deep was
Thy spirit moved upon the face of the waters
With a single word you speak of
The earth was formed & the fullness thereof.

Looking into the deep blue sky
The seas, ‘nd the magnificent ocean illuminate the eye
The birds, the fish, the animals, they toil not nor fend for food
But daily you provide ‘hem with the bread of life

They beheld his smile in the glad sunshine,
Flowers of every hue, and the lofty & varied tree of the forest,
Testify to the tender, fatherly care of God, and to His desire
To make his children happy.

As though heaven was on earth
Adam, the first man you create
Upon earth & to him was given dominion over all creatures
Which was designated as ‘very good,’ full of treasures
Living in, was his pleasure without measures

Being made, after thy own image
Higher than the animals, Imbued with a living soul, after thy own likeness
Upon earth, & to him was given privilege of naming animals

Ev’n this kingdom, did thou not satisfy with
As being very good enough for man to live in
And in addition to this blessings
And the garden which thou had specifically planted
A perfect companion & helper for him was made
Eve, the perfect woman
Who was part of his very self became his wife.

The help-mate you gave to him being deceived by serpent, the devil
Eaten of the forbidden fruit of good and evil
Which thou commanded not to, coherently brought sin into the world
Oh! What is man that thou art mindful of?
But with thy love & compassion you redeem man from his fallen state
With the precious blood of thy son man was made whole.

Ignorance may seek to support false views of God by appeal to science;
But the book of nature & the written word do not disagree; each sheds light on the other.
Rightly understood, they make us acquainted with God and His character by teaching us something of the wise and beneficent laws through which He works.

Nature is not God; it only bears testimony to God’s power as his created works.
The beauties of nature are expression of the love of God for human intelligence.
With the beauty of nature, we do celebrate
Truly, nature tells of the omnipotent power of God on earth.

The theme of the poem is okay but you still need to work on your grammar, the structure of the poem and you also need to check your spelling before posting so that what you have written is coherent meaning there is no flow if there are a lot of words that are not spelt correctly.
