Secure Your Applications:

This is necessary especially if you have applications that holds your personal data. Thanks for
Technology, there are several applications that are available for almost all smartphone operating system that enables user to lock their applications and files.

Never Keep All Your Passwords:

There is this feature on most of the popular browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera Mini that requires user to save details like passwords, credit card information. Many are ignorant of the outcome of this especially if its on a shared network or public computer. You password can be easily gotten from the log of saved actions. Therefore, note the type of password you will keep.

Regular Backup Of Data:

Backup is a medium of replicating original files on an external storage device. Although, most smartphones have an inbuilt backup application but many are ignorant of this but are aware of camera applications for taking selfies, Social networking etc. Try to do a regular backup on your smartphone so as to enhance quick recovery when sudden issues occur. Even when you lost your smartphone, getting your data will not be difficult as there is already a duplicate.

Utilize Your Smartphone In-built Security:

Our smartphones have different security options like Facial lock, Pin enabled password, Pattern lock and advanced lock like the fingerprint security. That’s already enough for the security of our data. But according to my personal experience, Many people using android like fancy security locks like Iphone Security on android. This shouldn’t be so. Rather appreciate the in-built locks.

Enable Application Permissions Before Install:

Even me, the writer of this post is guilty of this. I have disabled the application permission on my android device. Before installing any application, there is always a summary of the features of the application but many people do ignore it. Always read the application permission and if necessary, read the reviews and comments before downloading the applications.
