Yet the one that had evidence and all what not to prove his guilt got just 6months. Yes, they should go to jail. If it is proven beyond doubt that they lied or hid evidence that cause an innocent person to go to jail. They should serve the amount of to.e the victim served in jail. If they die before truth was uncovered, their assets if they have any should be used to compensate the victim. But nothing can pay for the pain and embarrassment suffered sha. |
