Another day another list and this time around we've come up with our own list of what we consider to be the top female fashion houses in Abuja. By female we mean fashion houses owned by women. Come with us on this and let us know if you agree with us. In no particular we start with: -

DZYN - @dzynbabe (pronounced design)

This fashion house was started eleven years ago by two sister Ofure and Ogwa. Opting for a name they consider interesting they settled for the name DZYN and over the years they've succeeded in bringing us not just fashion but also entertainment with events like RUNWAY and Fashion Installations. DZYN who recently moved to a new office in wuse 2 while launching their ready to wear line is known for their signature brides maid dresses.

YUTEE RONE

This is one fashion house that has clothed many celebrities in the past. Yutee the beautiful billionaire wife and mother of 3 boys who studied Microbiology started Yutee Rone in 2006. Within this ten years of existence the brand has wowed us with their beautiful pieces and never failed to win hearts at every fashion show. Yutee Rone for now specializes in strictly women clothes.

Style Temple - @StyleTemple

True to her name Style Temple is indeed a temple of style where other fashion designer ought to come worship with OG as the high priestess. She has been in the game long enough to master the art of design and tailoring to perfection while paying attention to details. Her works and brand can compare favorably well with any international brand. OG Okonkwo is the creative director of Style Temple.

Yudiii - @youdiii

Some might question why Yudiii has to be on this list and we ask why not. Her style is a true definition of the word eclectic. She derives her ideas, style and taste from a broad and diverse range of sources which makes her designs very unpredictable. Her use of color, texture, fabric and finishing will sure keep you wondering. She remains one of the favorites for most brides in need of something fresh for bridal train.

Falka by Aisha - @falketribe

The happily married Aisha Bala Abubakar is the CEO of Falke by Aisha and a graduate of Applied Chemistry from the Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto. Falka by Aisha's style can be described as bridal, chic, modest and über with her religion greatly influencing her designs.

Zohi Taglit - @zohi_taglit

Even if you didn't know Samantha H. Dollar the creative director of Zohi Taglit before now, you must seen her recently on Linda Ikeji when she dedicated her adorable triplets. Zohi Taglit the fashion brand is inspired by Nigerian and Isreali fashion and places a lot of emphasis on simplicity but sophisticated which leaves you with a great positive outlook. This strictly only women fashion house like most fashion houses has both bespoke and ready to wear line.
