It is very important for every employer of Labour who wishes to maximize its productivity and thereafter record profit should pay close attention to safety, health and security of its workforce or employee. This is true, because when the system that provides the services is not maintained, and allowed to breakdown, it will only affect the productivity without having any effect on salary and other running cost. The strength and size of any organisation depends so much on its workforce and in a case of poor HSE-MS (Health Safety and Environment Management System) unity Labour cost may increases with a poor productivity and if this continues, the company may go into recession and finally shuts down.
