Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, hereby invites ICT-based applicants for training on software development. Kano Informatics Institute's students, Uganda graduates and qualified Kano indigenes are to submit their application to the committee secretariat situated at No. 9 Magajin Rumfa Road, Nassarawa GRA from Wednesday 5th - Friday 7th October 2016 by 12 noon.
