What if the Kim Kardashian robbery incidence that happened in Paris,France took place in Nigeria, what would the Nigerian Police Force had done?

This is just a call to the Nigerian Police Force to bring about a change in its mode of operation in terms of security uptight and putting up of security gadgets in place for unexpected and unforeseen circumstances like the ones highlighted above,even more terrible ones.
