Samsung mobile stops sales and replacement of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 for safety precautions…

We knew this was going to happen due to numerous complaints of phone explosion logged by users…
Retail stores in the US and Netherlands have been told to stop sales and replacements of units to safe guard users.

Samsung Mobile has issued an official statement today saying that it’s working with relevant regulatory bodies to investigate the recent cases involving the Galaxy Note 7.

“Because consumers’ safety remains our top priority, Samsung will ask all carrier and retail partners globally to stop sales and exchanges of the Galaxy Note7 while the investigation is taking place,” it adds.

The company says that its committed & focused to working diligently with regulatory authorities to take all steps necessary to resolve the situation.

It’s now asking even those who have a replacement Galaxy Note 7 device to power it down and stop using the device.

Samsung says customers should “take advantages of the remedies available,” which basically means go to your carrier and exchange the Galaxy Note 7 for another handset.

This is an issue for Samsung to solve… Galaxy Note 7 users should either go and get a new device or quit using the Galaxy Note 7…
