Hillary Osafiele Dandy (HOD) as he’s called by friends is from the Niger Delta region of the country (Delta State). He studied Business Administration at The most prestigious university in Nigeria Madonna University Okiji, Anambra state. He is a human rights activist, pro-democracy campaigner, politician and also a philanthropist.
