An accident involving two vehicles conveying students of the university of Ilorin occured at around 2pm today,in the campus vicinity.The accident which happened on the major road leading out of the university involved two commercial vehicles carrying students in and out of the campus.The vehicles collided due to wrongful overtaking.Although there were several injuries, no casualties have been reported. The school authorities and the student union leadership are yet to confirm the incident.

How will a sensible school locate the main school area over 8Km from the school gate

Coupled with the "Vin Diezel" cab drivers and "Paul Walker" Korope drivers always rushing to make "next turn" it is no wonder this sort of occurrences are inevitable.

It was a korope hitting an electric pole last semester and now this...

I just hope the next news wont be that a bus or cab has fallen into the dam

It's unfortunate but I seriously don't know if unilorin have a master plan.
From gate to car park is like a circle sector plus the road is too narrow and "headache-causing". Using that road is enough work for the day. Alhamdulillah no death was recorded.
