Did this stuff in secondary school. We used books then wore 3 shorts so that the book won't make too much when we were being flogged

Discipline of students. is not all about punishment but different effective classroom management strategies will help.

Discipline is about teaching, training and managing students character. Corporal punishment promotes bad and unacceptable character. it's a pity that that many of our teachers produced bad, callous' leaders.

I'm not happy seeing that little boy like that. Before you discipline any child let 'Love' flow in your action not hatred.

if any child who fail to do his/her assignment, don't beat but let such child do it in your presence.
