Visit Carlcare the OS will be changed and u will like d phone more. I once had d kind of issue nd it was resolve at Carlcare

Probably u shud get som1 to send u Beautycam. Dat one has zoom 4 d front camera.

I've tried with this phone, managing storage it's like crap tho everything else is great, I'm jumping to Xiaomi Redmi 4a, you can't make the SD card internal storage on w3 LTE and it causes lots of lag when the internal storage is full and I have a whopping 32gb micro SD, almost empty and it's pretty useless on the w3 LTE

just got my w3 for 32k here in benin but 1 thing i hate is the inability to move big files to sd card(obb) and run the game.. ....but there is always a solution......planning on rooting mine b4 month end then after rooting, i will use apps to sd card or link2sd card to move files to sdcard.. ..then it will run smoothly
