I really do not know what the problem is with african leaders. While most of them are busy amassing illegal wealth in foreign countries, citizens are suffering a dying by the day. This story just happened in Makeni city, Northern Province of Sierra Leone where school children in their numbers drowned along a small stick bridge when crossing the river to school.
