In the book of Genesis, we learn that Abraham married his sister Sarah, but during the time of moses God did not allow an israelites to marry his sister. Could it be that God allow incest before the emergence of the law?

Why then where some people judged before the law? The same reason for which Cain was judged, rebellion against God's revelation (either directly or otherwise)
