i dont know what it is but it so looks like a kidney, or foetus..i found it at the lower part of the paw paw.. i dont knw if i should eat the paw paw again.any help as to what it is?

After a small research effort I've found what it is. It's called viviparity and occurs when a plant (mostly) grows inside another. In this case it is a clone of the original fruit (two clones in your case). I don't know whether to term it a mutation but you can make your mind up as you read further -- lost interest along the line.
