What this simply means when a nairalander post a comment, he/she has access to edit whatever they posted. They could post simple and innocent things like "ggg" just to be the first to comment, however these first to comment guys really have nothing to contribute. It's similar Facebook does with their posts/comments. You can see all the previously edited posts.
