Waoh, seems different rules apply for different locations o. I was at UBA here in Lagos, Iyana-ipaja branch last week n the lady told me they can't send out money through WU n even MG again. That d only thing they do now, z to receive.

I'm not even happy with the current exchange rate. But for the first monicker embarrassing me as if I knew nothing about foreign exchange policy was what made to respond in such way. How should one be happy for purchasing 405 naira per dollar in bad market? I'm waiting till it becomes 150 naira like in obj days
