seriously... ok o she was always drinking Lipton tea black no sugar no milk... she also took some other herbal stuffs can't recall and she eats one and half a day... she could even stay a whole day and when she is back she would just drink tea or oats... Good luck. grin

see her routine ...she drinks black tea then see boils ginger and garlic with water then take the ginger and garlic water and mixes it with lemon juice and she takes it atleast once a day... then she detoxify her body by just feeding on water and oats for a week... good luck
