After a heavy downpour this afternoon, the gatankowa towards ile-epo axis of the lagos abeokuta express way was flooded. And it was not too long that road was completed. Is this a temporary relief because i can't really fathom a road that was completed with water ways not long to be in this state after a downpour. Pics below
