I was just imagining, why would Nigerian higher institutions require applicants to submit about 15 hard copies of their job application document, despite been in d electronic age, were other recruiters are adapting d fastest, easiest, more reliable n stress free electronic means during recruitment. Pls, can someone explain to me d reasons why d universities n d polytechnics prefer to use this type of recruitment process.

Thanks.

Sometimes hard copy is much better.

Soft copies are difficult to go through, filter and so on, unlike hard copies.

Unless you want them to use software to filter your application, in which case, only applicants who understand keyword targeting will win.
