It just started yesterday and each time i pick my phone to do something even on the home screen, ads just keep popping up and its really frustrating.

just go for rewritting or flashing.

When his nonsense happened on my phone, I did a reset myself. It was still the same.

I just sold it off. Those ads can cause high BP

Its some sort of virus called malware. You will need to format your device.

Flashing or formatting your phone won't solve it... What you have to do is change your rom

Its a malware attached to an app you installed,but it was installed independently, even after uninstalling the app,this will still be there. Flashing is the best option.

1. root ur qhone
2. doenload SYSTEM APP UNINSTALLER(google "system aPP uninstaller apk")
oqen the apk and serch for any thing u see alarm control and uninstall it
3. THANK ME LETTER

op i have a frn that faced same issue on his tecno y4. The worst was that the app that is causing the ads became integrated to the system if after uninstalling courtesy of root privilege but the problem persisted until i flashed it for him.

The best thing you can do is to change the ROM of your phone

Sir changing of ROM in this case means the flashing of the stock ROM. It requires you downloading the stock ROM of the device you want to flash and you should also have the required files on your p.c to flash the device. You can use google or search my blog @Signature to learn how to flash stock ROM. Thanks

In-app ads could be remove with some ad block apps:
Root required: AdAway – The best Ad Blocker for rooted devices

Adguard – Ad blocking for non-rooted Android devices
but i think your phone was infected with virus, find anti virus app instead

I used d app killing app on my phone to find out d apps running in d background, den i discovered showbox was. I tried uninstalling den i discovered it had installed itself as an administrator so i had to cancel it and finally uninstalled it. My phone has been fine ever since. Hence why I stay away from Android..

simple issue, mine has been affected twice I remove it without flashing.
