Luis Suarez versus Sergio Aguero?

The debate as to who is the best striker in the world is tipped in Suarez’s favour. He is, after all, coming off the back of a season in which he scored 59 goals for Barcelona.

Aguero reminded us all of his incredible talent during Manchester City’s 4-0 win over West Brom on Saturday. The Argentine struck a brace to take his tally for the season to 13 goals.

He is, in Alan Shearer’s eyes, the only world-class player in the Premier League.

“When you look at his record, when you look at some of the goals that he can score, the goals that he has scored, he’s world class,” Shearer said on Match of the Day.

But would he start for Barcelona? Probably not.

With Neymar on the left, Suarez down the middle and Lionel Messi floating just behind him, the Spanish champions possess arguably the finest front three in Europe.
