Arab kings dress in cross-atlantic outfits also. The King of Morocco wears bespoke suits, the king of Saudi Arabia wears suits also.

As for the Yorubas having slave mentality, we both know who the slaves in Nigeria are. I won't say much on that.

Keep shaking your head, cos going by your post, your head must be empty and of no intellectual or commercial value.

The traditional rulers have their different personalities and it is evident in their styles of leadership.

The Ooni is all about propagation of Yoruba culture and traditions in the diaspora not just to Yorubas, but blacks in the Americas, the Carribean, etc.

The Oba of Benin is largely conservative as he is more of a bastion of leadership and hope for his people. If you wish to see him, you come to his palace.

It is utmost foolishness to compare these great kings with the myopic lens of rivalry.

What is wrong with this dressing? He is a moslem, putting on a kaftan and 'makkah-wear' on top of it isn't bad.
You can complain about other things, but not this outfit.
