Is there such a thing as an African who hasn't engaged in a "corrupt" activity? Be it giving a bribe, taking or being forced to part with a portion of the funds allocated for office operations before anything can be released to them?

But, there are some notorious ones. The ones registering fictitious, briefcase companies in Europe And Unfairly winning tenders Which they Do Not Perform, Instead Taking The Money To Cayman Islands, Switzerland and other tax free havens. These are the heads of the beast called corruption. They should be cut off if corruption is going to be killed.
