yea I made a post like months ago to warn people about it but they wouldn't as for me I discovered that it only works with my Phones native browser not opera.mini or anything and make sure you're not using the 127001 IP address

I'm using a Huawei phone check your sim access point in settings where u see your internet settings check you'll see proxy no and proxy port make sure the proxy no is not 127.0.0.1 if its not you should be able to use it on your native browser
