This rules does not apply to Danfo drivers.

God bless you for this observation. Until lagos state government can tame the menace of Danfo drivers they are just making noise and harrasing the average law abiding citizens.

All the laws there are broken on the regular by Danfo with no penalty.

hyperbole. My case wasn't upto 20k though. My license was siezed till i payed about 10k on two different occassions. I don't know if it's just me, but their protocols are too much.
