This country will not kill me.
My brother, let's be positive for once. The naira to dollars price we have today didn't just get to where it is in a single day. It moved up gradually. I bet you if it had moved up by that same #5, you would have scream to high heavens and call Nigeria names. Now it has reduced by #5, you are complaining.

What exactly do you want?

I heard this too, that they were arresting those selling high so most of them crashed their prices in fear. That is so wrong.

I still dey wonder why folks still blame the government on what they should have done themselves , that changing their appetite for foriegn goods. Most people want the naira to appreciate so that they can spend it on foreign goods; the same vicious circle. My people which way now.

The question on that banner ....it did not specify $1 = N1 obviously they (APC) knew that N216 to a dollar was not ok thats why they hiked it up grin What they did to us is just the same as what we experienced with accepting terms and conditions online. The writings are just too much to read and understand tongue

The Naira should gain more than N300 and go back to at least N165. That's when I will Appreciate the Appreciation of the Naira.
Not 465 to 460.

Good riddance to bad rubbish

The naira has depreciated by almost N200 in the last 2 years and someone is rejoicing for a N5 gain. It's just ridiculous.
