The Vice chancellor,
University of Ilorin,
PMB 1515,
Ilorin,
Kwara state.

Dear sir,
Letter of Consideration

Please sir, we want you to consider us that made mistakes while imputing our grades during registration, most especially during our five relevant subjects. most of all this mistakes are been committed by the cyber cafe because they prefer doing the registration by themselves for saving of time. some of us even tried doing it by ourselves but due to the traffic on the site, we have no choice than to find all means to collect the registration due to the limited time.
During the process, many of us made mistakes in the grades mostly in the five relevant subjects. most of our print outs correlate with our results but we can't know if mistakes was made in the best five due to the print out not provided. We highly surprised when our clearance status says NOT CLEARED ON ACCOUNT OF UNACCEPTABLE RESULTS until the admissions officer told us that a mistake had been made in our best five grades in which we are unaware. He said that the school regards it as a deliberate act.
Sir, how will someone who had B3 all through his results notice if he mistakenly enter B3 in one subject, can we call that a deliberate act or someone that had A1 that put B3.There is nearness in this results grades like B3 to B2 or C6 to C5 or A1 to B3 and vice versa.
Sir, I think as far as we have passed the subjects, there is no supposed to be problem with that,if we that we failed the subject and put a passed grade that is different. Most of the mistakes mostly happened between B3,B2 nd A1 and we even argued that we didn't made mistakes until we were been shown because we were unaware of it.
We heard the admissions officer saying that if the grades are been downgraded we are at the safer side but if its upgraded our admission will be forfeited. Sir, this all should be regard as mistake because how will someone with B3 all through mistakenly put B2 on one subject and the admission will be forfeited just because of one mistake. We even upload our results with our card details to show our sincerity. All of us results uploaded tally with the results shown when the card was used. The difference is mostly on one subject sir.
We hereby plead to the school management that we all should be considered and pardoned  because UNILORIN is our last hope. After the jubilations around our localty that we have been admitted, how will we tell them that it has been forfeited due to a mistake in our grades. We human beings are imperfect and Highly prone to mistakes. We hope we will be considered back because if this admission is forfeited some of us will never be chance to go to school again and our future, plans and goals has also collapse. We don't want that Sir because it lies in your words.
we will be grateful if we are considered back as soon as possible preferably before the release of the  second batch.
may Almighty Allah bless you and all your endowment as you do so sir.
           Yours faithfully ,
                     Aspirants.
