The rate of pornography use and masturbation indulgence keeps rising by the day. The devastating effect of pornography and masturbation addiction on individuals, families and the society cannot be overemphasized.

This is introducing Men Help. For now, we exist as a WhatsApp group. We're about to take men who are tired and fed up with the status quo, on a 100-day journey to freedom from pornography and masturbation. Are you ready to go on this journey? WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
This is a 100-day program.
You will learn a lot of things during this period, including:

1) Origin and causes of sexual addictions.
2) Getting to the root of your pornography and masturbation issues. Unfortunately, most times we're busy chipping at the symptoms and fail to tackle the root. That's why it keeps coming back and refuses to leave.
3) The Journey to Freedom: How To Start
4) Accountability
5) Relapses, and how to deal with them
6) Actions and commitments to make on the road to sexual purity
7) How To Defeat Sexual Addictions from a higher realm
Progress reports and follow up

You will be part of a warm atmosphere where nobody will judge you for the struggles you're currently facing. Everybody will be encouraged to be open and together we'll tackle issues as they come. You can also get prayer and personal counselling sessions.

The first batch of this program will commence sometime in December 2016 (ie. next month). It will be run exclusively on our WhatsApp group.
